I purchased the Schiek lifting belt in medium im a 31. Inch waist and it fits perfectly very comfortable and the double Velcro straps are really strong and i can get a good tight fit feels very supportive for squats and deadlift it’s the first Velcro belt I’ve ever tried and I prefer it to my old York leather belt it’s much more comfortable and the special contour shape around the sides is a great design sets it apart from every other Velcro synthetic belt I’ve seen I was debating between the rehband Velcro belt and the Schiek belt I’m glad I chose this aswell because I’ve read reviews stating it’s very durable and it seems to be very well made.i would definitely purchase it again as it’s very good value for money too.

The design print is decently done but as I said before the t shirt quality is not sturdy like the Golds gym camóg t shirts. Outside a sale I wouldn't bother.

Excellent quality. Good fit. Referred to GASP Web site for sizes. GASP clothing tends to be LARGE (For big bodybuilders) I would normally wear a large but ordered medium for these.
I own the camo pair already and they're great.
I would say that these XL is not much smaller than those 2XL camo ones, and both are a bit roomy, even for my legs.
These have a nice sheen to them and are not transparent as far as I can tell.
Sturdy and good wrist support. However, with that comes constriction, so for me, they'll have rather niche use.
Will try them again in a few weeks for deadlifts.

I expected to look pretty good, but when I got these on even I was shocked at how amazing I look in them. My buns look like two boiled eggs in a taughtly tensile handkerchief. Would thoroughly recommend to anyone who likes shorts, anyone who wants to look good, anyone who attends a gym, anyone who doesn't go to the gym, and anyone who likes to wear clothing of any type at any time ever.
