Men's Gym Base Layers

Base Layers provide extra compression and warmth to the body, making them an ideal layer to wear underneath your usual gym clothing on cold days. Many athletes prefer training legs with compression leggings as they are less restrictive than regular gym bottoms and sweatpants while doing deep squats and they're less likely to rip.
