Delivery Information 

 

IMPORTANT EU SHIPMENT NEWS:  European customers will be required to pay import duty on certain items. This means you may be due to pay import duties on your order if the country of origin is of non-preferential origin. This means a country that the EU does not have a trade deal with. Please note you will also incur additional sales taxes, which average 20%.

You will be emailed by your local courier before the delivery is attempted, and you will need to make the payment directly to them. Import duties can vary from 2% to 12% depending on the type of item.

DELIVERY

UK MAINLAND
We despatch all orders within two full business days, and our speedy 24hr Express Delivery service ensures that you can receive all of your items the following next working day. 

Important: Orders are only shipped on Working Days (Monday - Friday). All orders placed at the weekend will be despatched by the end of Tuesday, and delivered according to your chosen delivery method.

Standard Delivery (1 - 3 business days) £3.99 (Free over £50)
All orders are despatched within two business days, and sent on a Next Working Day delivery service with DPD.

INTERNATIONAL

Please note - for non eu country weight limit is 1.2kg

All international orders are sent out on a Royal Mail International Business SigedFor service. The Estimated Delivery time for EU countries is 3-5 business days and for the Rest of the World it is 5-7 business days. Please note: These are estimated delivery times provided to us by our local courier company and the actual delivery time may be longer. This will largely depend on your local customs and how quick you respond to their request for payment of any due tax and duties
