3rd time lucky

Had a set of wraps under a year and unfortunately they developed a big rip in them and they wouldn’t send a replacement pair, however they did supply me with a discount code , ok they were a little bit more than I paid for less then 12 months ago but these are decent wraps so wasn’t too fussed
These replacements turned up really quickly, however they where faulted sent them straight back and had a replacement good pair within 3 days
Would I buy them again? Possibly unless there was something else out there
