Good product at decent price, but very slow delivery

Good product and decent price. I ordered my wrist straps on Tuesday morning with 48hr delivery. Chased up on the Saturday. Staff were polite and responded quickly. They said they had been extremely busy and that’s why my order was delayed. I was informed that it would be posted that day and I would receive it on the Monday. Item didn’t arrive on the Monday, nor the Tuesday, so again chased up the order. Again, quick polite response from company. Item sent out on the Tuesday with next day delivery.
