My order wasn't dispatched on time and after giving it the 3 days it should have taken to get to me I phoned urban gym wear and after a 5 min conversation including an apology,the items were dispatched the next day with next day delivery. Both of the items I ordered were very good quality and well sized. I will be ordering from urban gym wear again mainly because of the quality but also due to the efficient customer services.
