Wafer Technology is a unique fibre with a ‘honey comb’ structure. A patented technology, the inside of the fiber is exploded to create a capillary action which transfers sweat from the skin to the fabric surface quickly and efficiently. It is also bio-based, which makes it more sustainable for the environment compared to other stretch jeans.

For our Wafer Tech Jeans, we tried to limit the usage of resources consumed during manufacture:

Lowered usage of metal rivets by over 50%, using reinforced stitching instead
Standard leather patch replaced with woven design
Plant based bio-degradable packaging used for this style, instead of plastic poly bags
