No inner sole so wearing them to try out I walked across superstore car park and then in to the store on their hard floor. Once round then back out and my feet killed. Tried in my gym on foam mats next day and took them off half way through the hour replacing for Adidas. My view after putting in an extra inner sole is that they need more comfort.

Brilliant shoes realy comfortable feel great when squatting deadlifting or any sort of weight training. Great quality look realy cool
