These are thick and strong plenty of heat and support.
These are high-quality elbow pads that stabilize and warm the elbows during loads. They are better than neoprene. From them, the skin does not sweat so much, there is no unpleasant smell. Next time I will buy more knee pads. Very pleased with this purchase.
